HIATUS
because round 2 of midterms are already starting because it’ll be worth it in about a year because I need to be more productive with my time because procrastination has proven to be fatal because there’s so much stuff to do because in 6 weeks, winter quarter is over because I’d rather choose sleep & studies > social life I guess you can call this a little hiatus or a...

Lists and Things
“It’s not Valentine’s Day today…” But that’s why this Valentine’s Day was nice after all. Lunch date with Mckenzi! My English class is so awesome. We had a mini party in that class and lots of awesome people brought in yummy treats. Surprising, to say the last, but happy birthday! Job interview was actually really fun. One week minus one day, and...

School and Classes
A solid three weeks have passed by already, and I’m about 1/4 of the way done with winter quarter! It’s so crazy how time is passing by so quickly when I look back, but I guess that’s how the beginning of the year always goes - it just flies by. So much to do, so little time. For the winter quarter, I’ve come to the conclusion that my professors are brilliantly mad, but...

My Thoughts In Bullet Points
Thank God I don’t start class until 2pm. How do you write a 9 page essay about some really short short story? I AM ABSOLUTELY FRUSTRATED BY THIS ESSAY. New opportunities, just come to me already so I can move on. Calculus midterm? Best support pillar, ever. Already 1/3 of the quarter through, what in the world? Where did the time go?! I’m already starting to brainstorm about what...

Some days, time can’t past by quick enough, and other days, time just won’t slow down. I’m at a moment where time can’t seem to past by quick enough, but I know soon enough, I’ll want every single moment of it back.

Guests Service
“I would love to listen to some music, but I’m deaf in one ear. You know, I used to really love music before 1979, but after I became deaf, it’s just not the same! You don’t hear all the melodies, and it’s quite monotoned, actually. But thank you! Thank you for offering, and thank you for offering your time and service. It’s a really thoughtful thing to...

I stayed through lecture and half of Bio 6A lab before the professor kindly told us that she wouldn’t be adding anymore students. Being first on the wait list, you would think you’d get your English 1B class. Nope! Everyone showed up the first day, and she couldn’t add more people.  Every single class I tried to add at various colleges after that had a ridiculous wait list of...

Looking Up
I have a good feeling about this quarter. I might not be the most enthusiastic about learning at the moment (or carpooling, or enduring labs, or sitting through lectures, or another million things), but great things are about to happen - I can feel it. And I’m absolutely excited for those experiences. Optimistic much? I think not!

First Day, Part 2
I didn’t get my Biology class at De Anza, but I am hoping that San Jose City College will be good to me.   Decisions to make about whether I want to take my chances, or play on the safe side and enroll into Eng1B. I’m so tired.. Throughout the whole day, I just wanted to roll over and sleep in class. $135 out of my pocket to buy a brand new Calculus book. Joy. My attention span is...

Anonymous asked: Hi, I want to ask you about taking (college) classes over the summer for credits and whatnot. What community college is better? Are you going to transfer after your second year of college? How do you transfer? How do you sign up? When are the sign up dates for classes? Sorry, for all these questions! I hope you answer them! This break consisted of endless amounts of food, sleep, friends, family, sight seeing, pictures, exercise, movies, TV shows, shopping, baking, reading, sleepless nights, presents, car rides - this break was truly a great one, but not all things last forever. I’m glad to have spent the break with the best people in the world. But, it’s now time to do work. Making sacrifices for my...

Explore now, sleep later
I have found my new must-have love for my wardrobe: yoga pants/running tights. Woke up at 5:30am today and got ready to go hike Mission Peak! Change of plans, and we didn’t technically leave until 6:30am. We got lost and drove all the way up a mountain range - a terrifying experience in most circumstances, if I say so myself, but sitting in the car with these three, it made everything...

Happy New Year!
2011 was fabulous, but I know 2012 is going to be even better. I have a good feeling about this one. I mean, I started off the year with a little spontaneity sitting on a roof with a group of friends freezing in the cold with good laughs. It’s only going to get better from here. :)  Cheers to a new year with endless possibilities.  So much to see, so much to do. Let’s go, 2012!

Fragments and Pieces
Life can surprise you with such eye openers if you really step away from life itself. Sometimes, we get so caught up in our duties and tasks that it’s hard to immerse ourselves into more important things.  With that, I greet you from Arizona. And might I state that it is quite chilly over here - it is currently 17 degrees outside! My body is not used to this kind of weather at all, but it...

The Unknown
So I’ve been doing a little thinking because that’s what you do when you’re alone and life overwhelms you with a million things - you think and over think.  Once again, I’m stuck in that rut once more. (I guess it hasn’t really gone anywhere, just pushed to the back of my mind..) My parents keep telling my that I’m young, and I’m not supposed to know what...

Shaaaawty,
After four years of planning to go shopping together, Brendan and I actually went shopping today. Finally. It was nice to finally just hang out with him and catch up. Especially during college, it just seems to hard to find time to actually talk to people because everyone leads busy lives and have different schedules. Anyhow, while doing shopping and talking, we managed to get some presents for...
